Our New Projects Department offers the bank and the new home developer a range of services under one roof. From the analysis of the initial design in the remnants of land already developed, design of the unit according to the needs of the current market, analysis of existing permits, market study and absorption to the preparation of the advertising campaign, sales, marketing and the administration of the residential units during the developer’s administration period prior to its transfer to the Residents. We currently manage several New Projects such as Harbor Lakes in Palmas del Mar, Villa Nueva Apartments in Caguas, Cabo Rojo, among others. In the same way, we work on the development of strategies and the successful sale of other projects in Guaynabo, Caguas and San Juan.
