Reposubasta is a division of Reality Realty, PSC that began its operations in August 2014 with the first large multiple auction for four consecutive Saturdays in four regional areas: West in Mayagüez, South in Ponce, East in Fajardo and Metro in San Juan. This first major project generated unprecedented success, achieving the sale of more than 40% of the inventory.

From 2015 to date, twelve (16) events have been worked on, three (3) each year, in the San Juan metropolitan area, whose average results have consistently been greater than 45% of inventory sold.

These events are carried out “out loud”, are worked under the coordination of a Project Leader and have a specialized marketing plan of proven effectiveness that includes a printed catalog, website, guidelines on radio, TV and social networks, digital promotion, signage, open house days, among others. Likewise, it has a management and administrative team that ensures the operational aspects necessary to achieve the results and that includes a Closing Officer. In 2019, the first local property auction platform, Reposubasta Online, was created, through which bidders can submit their offers virtually.
