Goal
This program is intended for all property sellers interested in having their property evaluated for a possible immediate CASH purchase, without going through the marketing process and without brokerage fees from the seller. Includes all types of residential, commercial or land property, with the exception of businesses in operation and “short-sales”.
Participation Criteria
- Complete all the information requested below and one of our representatives from the Procurement Division will be in contact with you.
- Be the owner or authorized representative, if the owner is a corporation.
- Digital availability of the following documents:
- Sell script
- CRIM Certification
- Interior and exterior photos of the property
- video, if possible

Evaluation
- Once all the documentation is received, the Procurement Division will have a maximum of 48 hours to submit an offer or decline interest.
- If there is an offer, it will be formally submitted in writing via email.
- The owners will have a term of 24 hours to answer if it is approved.
- Once approved, the signing of the option contract will be coordinated for a maximum term of 30 days or according to the purchase terms, in case there is any other negotiation. For the purposes of the deposit received, the Reality Realty "escrow" account will be used.
- If the offer does not proceed, the case will be referred to one of our Reality Realty brokers to assist you in selling your property by traditional means.
